Just wanted you to know that the Titus Will Collision Team did and excellent job on repairing my Ford Explorer. Bruce Lewis my estimator supported by Shannon at the front desk were right on top of my repair and both provided excellent customer service. Bruce went through in detail with me how the repair was done and explained reasons for caution in washing or waxing for the next 90 days. As always, its a pleasure to deal with the people of “Titus Will.”
On Monday of this week I stopped by your Collision Center to ask about reinstalling the door latch handle on the hatch of my 2004 Ford Freestar. Bo Wade me outside and explained how to reinstall the handle and I was ready to leave when he said, “hold on a second I might be able to get this done for you.” He then took the car around back and 10 minutes later came back with the handle reattached. He also offered some suggestions on a couple of other problems that I had with the car. His attention to customer care was above and beyond what I expected and if he is an example of your staff then I will be a Titus Will customer for service and new car sales.
His countenance was great and his professionalism represented your company in the best of ways.

I was in a car accident, and was hit from the back and forced forward to hit someone else. They fixed me car so that it was like brand new. It cost $6,800 but I only paid my insurance deductible (Thank goodness!)
All the people I spoke with were quite friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me my car back on a Friday but there was a small interior part they had not received yet, so I went back in on Monday to have it put in. They saw me right away (actually rushed the car because I had to be to work) and I was out the door in 5 minutes. They let me know the status quite often as well.
Quite simply, they rock!
I can’t say enough good things about this Collision Center.
It took us 3 months, but we finally obtained a check from the insurance company (the company who represents the guy who hit our car, TWICE!).
Titus Will did their own estimate and told us to come back in a week, I dropped the car off, signed the insurance check over, and left with my fun rental. They called me the next day when it was done and it was waiting for me, good as new. And although the repairs cost more than the insurance check (surprise, surprise), Titus Will is contacting the insurance company for me.
Their process is pretty flawless. It didn’t cost me a dime to get my car repaired, get a rental, and get home safely. I won’t have to spend another minute on the phone with the insurance company, either.
And although these sound like obvious things, would you really expect it to be so easy?
They treated me really well and they were fast. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Bill was wonderful. The employees were warm and caring and they had that personal touch. I could have gone to another business, but this business’ reputation was what made me choose them. I would definitely come back if I ever get into another accident. The quality of the work was excellent.
The rating of only 5 stars for this business is a shortcoming of the rating system. Twice, I’ve had the PLEASURE of working with a team that is both precision and well oiled. Twice, the work was a restoration to NEW. Mr. Bruce Lewis was my point of contact whom orchestrated a seamless procedure for me from beginning to end. What’s more…is that I’m likely the toughest customer you’re likely to encounter in many of the businesses I deal with because I have high standards. Mr Lewis not only is excellent in his position, but he is genuinely humble. I can spot a faker at five miles. He’s the BEST I’VE EVER SEEN. His boss also deserves credit for having selected him so many years ago.
USAA insurance recommended them and I am glad that they did. From others I have talked to they do a terrific job. They are fast and get your over to a car rental place quickly. Professional and polite with every encounter.

I want to compliment all the employees of Titus-Will Collision. I have had two Mustangs repaired there and Have always received superior customer service and a superior product. The cars turned out and looked better than before they were damaged. Not to ignore your employees who service my engines too!
I think it is wonderful to be able to trust and auto company, especially for women drivers. The service is prompt, customers are treated with respect and I have never felt Titus-Will was overcharging! They have always gone the extra mile for me!
